 NOVA LARISSA OFFPLAN PROJECT PRICE AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The offplan price for a villa is €250.000

  • Living area: 182 m2
  • Terraces and balcony: 90 m2
  • Plot size for each villa: 388 m2 
  • Swimming Pool: 50 m2

 

The average planned delivery period of a villa is 8 months. However, this period may change depending on the smethod of payment and as desired (extension or limitation of the period). Through the mutual negotiations at the stage of decision prior to the signature of the Contract, it will be decided upon the payment plan, construction period and delivery date.

As to be set out in the contract, the developments relevant to the construction will be reported to the purchaser regularly from the date of commencement until the completion of the project both verbally and in writing, and the relevant photos will also be attached to the report. Thus, the purchaser will acquire up-to-date information relevant to the construction even if the purchaser may have been unable to travel to Turkey during the whole process.
