Larissa's Homes/Belek(completed in 2007)
The materials used in construction are made of monolithic reinforced concrete and the walls of Ytong. The complex covers 4 houses (each with two duplex villas) and an independent house, consisting, as such, of a total of 9 villas. Each house is 235,5 m2.
These houses are constructed using high quality materials, modern technology and with completely luxurious decoration. The villas are provided with air-conditioners, water and electrical installations, and further, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Also the houses include a central, triple satellite TV system. Interior design can also be made as per the wishes of customers.
Design of flats:
Ground floor: American kitchen (kitchen and living room combined) - dining room with exit to the terrace- 45 m2,
Hall with embedded cabinets, staircase - 11m2, bathroom and toilet - 6,5m2, 2 terraces of 36m2 in front of and behind the house (each 22 and 14 m2).
First floor: hall and staircase- 13 m2, three bedrooms- 11-14-18,5 m2, bathroom and toilet - 7,5 m2, 2 balconies - 6 and 8 m2.
Garrret: Attic. There are heating and air-conditioning systems in the room with an area of 13 m3 here; 10 m2 staircase and corridor. Furthermore, there is a further room of 35 m2 which can be furnished as per the request of the customer. The ceilings of all the rooms are gypsum plaster and papier mache and the ground of the first floor is laid with ceramics. Prime quality ceramics and granite are used in the kitchen and the ready-made kitchen set and white goods are the manufacture of the leading firms. The ground in the rooms on the second floor is laid with laminate parquet flooring. Bathrooms are equipped with Jacuzzis, shower cabins and sanitary installations of the highest quality. Sound and heat insulations are provided in all of the houses.
